Refund policy

At Earth Echo Boutique, we want you to love what you wear. Each item is thoughtfully selected and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:-

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Item must be in resalable condition

Please note:

• Sale items, discounted orders, and gift cards are final sale
• Returns must be approved via email before sending them back

Refunds:-

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:-

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges:-

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As a small, sustainable boutique, we strive to minimize waste. We encourage thoughtful purchases but we also value your satisfaction.
