Welcome to Earth Echo Boutique. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (“Services”), operated by Earth Echo Boutique, based in Canada. By using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Products and Services

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We strive to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee screen-based color accuracy. Prices are in CAD unless noted otherwise and may change without notice.

4. Shipping

We ship from Canada to select international destinations.

Domestic: 3–10 business days via Canada Post or other couriers.

International: 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Order confirmation will be sent via email. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. See our full Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (including logos, images, and text) is the property of Earth Echo Boutique and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools such as payment gateways or shipping apps. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy policies.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our site or products, including delays, errors, or unauthorized access to your data.
